I started to use the internal voltage reference. It seems like it affects the internal temperature sensor, so instead of recalibrating the temperature sensor I made the program turn the voltage reference off before reading the temperature. Now the sensor is showing a little too high values at lower humidity. But it is good enough to be put into operation.
